About the Event
Join us along with our community partners for a hike along the Heart’s Delight Trail to the Arrowhead Loop Trail. You’ll learn about Coyote Creek watershed, wildlife habitat & connectivity, and oaks as a food resource. Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society (SCVAS)
Observe powerful raptors such as golden eagles, northern harrier and learn more about the elusive burrowing owl from SCVAS!
Short stops will give you a chance to take in the scenic views on your way to the picnic benches for lunch. This is a moderate 1 mile out and back hike for a total of 2 miles. Binoculars will be provided.
Meet at the picnic tables near the parking lot and restroom.
Please bring a lunch, water, hat and/or sunscreen and be ready to have a good time!
