Picchetti Afternoon Hike - Zinfandel Trail

Want to go for an afternoon hike but do not want to hike alone? Join Dawn and stretch your legs during the late afternoon at Picchetti Ranch! This easy hike is 3 miles with only 150ft of elevation gain/loss out and back along the Zinfandel Trail. Bring water and, if you wish, a snack for the turnaround point. Wear sunscreen as some parts of the trail is exposed to the sun.

This is not specifically an educational hike, but your guide can provide some details about the property and will try to identify plants upon request.

At the Picchetti entrance, take the right driveway and park in the large dirt lot. There is no parking fee. Meet in the parking lot at 4pm. The hike will start by 4:15pm. There are restrooms and water available at the start/finish.
