About the Event

Humans are having a devastating effect on wildlife habitat.  With declining bird populations around the world, it is important that we understand the situation and help them when we can. Join us along with Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society.

Barn Owls, Western Screech Owls, American Kestrels and Wood Ducks are cavity nesting birds, like bluebirds. Their nesting opportunities are in just as much peril as smaller nesting birds. Learn about our larger cavity nesting birds, what challenges they face and what can be done to help them. Photo by Lee Pauser.
