When you enroll in our Senior Wellness Hikes program, you're joining our priority registration list for monthly outdoor experiences designed specifically for adults aged 55 and older throughout the Bay Area. ✅ Enrollment gives you early access to sign up for our monthly hiking adventures, but it doesn't guarantee a spot at every hike. We keep our group sizes small (30-40 participants) to ensure a quality experience for everyone, so spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis among enrolled participants. ✅ As an enrolled member, you'll receive advance notice about upcoming hikes via email, including location details, what to bring, and weather updates. ✅ We encourage you to attend multiple hikes throughout the year to fully enjoy the health benefits and build friendships with other participants who share your interest in staying active and exploring nature. 🎉 Best of all, everything is completely free. There are no costs for enrollment, participation, or any of the services we provide - including professional guides, safety equipment, healthy meals, and entrance fees to parks and preserves.
