This program is for adults 18+ who have been formerly incarcerated.

Our hopes are to work with community partners to create multifaceted nature programs that provide alternatives to incarceration and expand mental health options for the residents of Santa Clara County. 

 

Richard Tejeda is the first documented person in the County of Santa Clara to receive their Certificate of Rehabilitation by using nature.
